52 Week Challenge Progress

Hi, everybody.

I got another Pinecone deposit. I am forwarding it directly to cc #1 as we speak.

Tomorrow I and my husband both get paid and will be paid and I will send $100 and $66.70 to cc #1 also. I have to go out of town for a bit today and will spend a little bit, but whatever is leftover I am sending to cc #1 also. By the time I pay that and account for my savings deposits, I will be breaking $6K on my 52 Week Challenge this year! Woo-Hoo.

I am so happy I made it these past two weeks without having to break out the credit card for an "emergency" as a result of my doctor's visits.

    6 k is impressive and something we can all learn from. how small amounts ADD UP in a big way.. good job,.

    My big challenge this year was to pay off credit card debt. I did pay off some, but not as much as I would like. I also managed to go on a trip for work and have all funds saved for the trip ahead of time so I paid off cc #2 as soon as I returned from the trip. I did also put some into my various savings accounts, but I need a lot more than that in there.

    I should add that I some other challenges this year, including paying to replace my alternator, repairs to my house's furnace and A/C, and replacing some windows in my house. There were probably other things too, but I can't remember. Those things were all completed with funds saved through regular deposits and my tax refund. Without that savings, I would have gone further into credit card debt. Does that answer your question, Rachel777?
