What's With All the Spam?

I have noticed on my blog, and on others on this site, that there are spam messages being posted. I deleted the one on mine, but I thought it's strange that it seems to be happening all of a sudden.

    I think it's happening because of the upcoming holidays. Every time I see it, I delete it and I report it to Jeffrey and Nate. It can be hard for them to keep up with it all when it gets bad like this.

    The spam comes and goes. I really don't think there is any particular reason for it.
