Mortgage is Down!

Hey, neighbors! I just got my updated mortgage statement and my balance is down to $65,559.74! That's a difference of $312.91, including my extra principle payment of $34.32.

Old 52 Week Challenge Balance: $5051.77

Mortgage Balance Difference: $312.91

New 52 Week Challenge Balance: $5364.68
